why it exists

Most health apps treat PCOS like a weight-loss problem.

PCOS, now also called PMOS, often comes with insulin resistance, cravings, energy crashes, irregular cycles, and weight changes that feel out of proportion to what you are doing. A generic calorie tracker can make the day louder without helping you repeat the basics.

The newer name, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, puts the metabolic and endocrine parts of the condition closer to the center. That is the part Resista. was built around from the start.

Resista. keeps the focus narrower: fasting windows, protein first, walking after dinner, supplements, an evening closer, and support for the moments when cravings hit.

what it tracks

A PCOS/PMOS app built around insulin-resistance-friendly routines.

01

Fasting timer

Choose a repeatable fasting window and see where you are in it. The app supports common windows like 14:10 and 16:8, without turning fasting into a punishment.

02

Daily four

Track protein first, walk after dinner, supplements, and evening closer. These are small habits you can repeat without logging every bite.

03

Struggle button

When cravings or food noise hit, one tap gives you a concrete tip based on your weak spot and the time of day.
